Simple Wordpress plugin(repost)

Hi. I need a simple WordPress plug-in that sorts and shows a set of records according to 3 (index) fields: F1, F2 and F3. The website visitor chooses the F1 and F3 text fields, but the F2 field is managed by the website manager.

Using the F2 field, the website manager assigns a value to each record (let's say 0 or 1 to 5 or 6 or NONE [default]) to the records. After the records are sorted, the plug-in shows the sorted results as follows:

[url removed, login to view] F2 = 6 then the record is shown sorted by pre-selected or selected-by-user F1 and F3 fields. Record is shown at minimum detail (only 3 fields).

[url removed, login to view] F2 = 1-5 exists, then that specific records (there can exists 5 of such records) are shown (sorted by their F2 value) on top of the F2 = 6 records (sorted as in [2] above). Records are shown at intermediate detail (5 fields).

[url removed, login to view] F2 = 0 (cero) exists, then that specific record is shown on top of all previous record groups (if they exists) at higher detail (10 fields).

All record fields will be manually imputed by the website administrator, so a simple form is needed for that. Field details will be provided.
