AWS - price change notification

Basically, you will need to write a program that can run under a chrontab task.. in any language that will Connect to a mysql database retrieve items from a table user_id, asin, price, date, lastlowestprice and a user table user_id, email and for each item with a date in the last 30 days, see if the price has changed on amazon, via AWS. If it has gone down, send an email to the user, and log the newest low price (so you do not keep emailing them) This will probably need to run daily. You will need to ensure you keep within the limit of calls/second that AWS allows. I think you can pass in up to 10 ASINs at a time. AWS experience REQUIRED. Can be written in any language that you wish, but preferrably a more common one such as C++/java, and must work under a hosted solution, where you do not have root access, but do have SSH connectivity for setting it all up, and crontab. Pretty easy, and should take someone seasoned in AWS only a couple hours... I would hope the price would reflect that... but make your bids.. Must run on the hosted solution.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
