Decompile Traffic Project

I have combination java, mysql and web system.? Source code was stolen and I need to decompile/reengineer current working system.? I am owner/inventor of both system and business it supports.? The current system runs perfectly.

Basically the current system takes incoming messages (stuctured and simple) from? cell phones (via SMS or IVR) analyzes them, using agent based rules (Currently JADE Middleware), updates database with status of parking cycle information, responds to customer with confirmation or alert and when cycle is complete customer is automatically billed.? I also have three web sites, used for customer signup, merchant signup and municipality reporting.? Overall the size and complexity of this system would be considered simple to moderate.? All customer account, merchant account and parking status activity is in mysql.
