**General Description:

We don’t have a similar example of the system to demonstrate.

We can tell that it resembles auto-reply systems in general.

**Becoming a Member:

**Form controls, e-mail verification, etc.

**Password Remind:

**E-mailing of the forgotten password.

**Session-controlled Member Operations:**

·Session control based on Php-Mysql

·Login / Logout

·User password change

·Text-responding by system to short texts written by user. (Construction is to be given to the programmer who accepted the job.)

**Logging of the Member Operations:

**Operations of the site members are to be logged in database.

**Admin Panels:**

·Activate / inactivate of the members

·Revisation of the required variables of the system by admin panel.

·Having it based on the data on the database, ability to create automatically includable phps by php.

·Ability to activate / inactivate the site.

**Mysql**

·All the mysql tables which will be used in the system, documents and data examples describing the relations between tables are to be provided by us.

·When they need, the programmer can make arrangements on tables or add new tables to database. When changing on the tables or adding tables, we must be informed about this operations with their valid reasons.

Database structure of the system, some php functions, screen examples, templates, template usage examples, general operation course are to be provided by us.

System must be coded in the way to be suitable to work in high performance in high traffic.

Some rules that the programmer to conform to are described in the Guide 1 which we provide in addition.

These rules are necessary for the written codes to be comprehend and developed easily. Please check Guide 1.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
