Java Spring code - Add new Menu for Customers

Important: We need this work to be done on urgent basis. Only bid if you can do it real quick.

We want to add new menu - in this application. Please see the source code and [url removed, login to view] for the new requirements.

When you compile and deploy this application, you will see dummy page for this too.

mvn clean install -Dsql.skip=false

We like you to write jee, spring, jsp, mysql code for all the layers of jee. This includes creating or modifying jsp pages, java script, spring mvc, dao, jdbc and creating or changing database tables / columns etc etc.

This work also includes making suitable changes in the admin GUI for doing CRUD for all such functionality. The admin and service provider should also be able to do import / export all the data in a csv format.

At the time of bidding, please send me the screen shots of log in as different ROLES.
