implementing google analytics with offline conversion

we want to install google analytics

The site is meant to request a coupon. The forms are ajax so the url does not change.

We should be able to? add an transactionid with some data in it. We want to be able to track what keywords? are converting related to the data.

We also want the cookie info saved into the crm database (the script is ready only the data should be made aviallable.

When the coupon is handed over to the retailer ? the retailer should go to a website where he fill in the transactionid and that? should be registerd with google analytics togeter with some data.

There should be created an funnel in google analytics.
