Hello, I need a contact form in php or javascript, easy to adapt, that accepts any field I put in the contact form of the web page, when a visitor misses a requirements the form must reload with the fields he already fill still intact, except a password, and on the top there must appear in small arial red text the fields that are missing, apart from that , a red "*" must appear beside every missing field, the form must work under secure "htmls" In the webpage: form must accept hidden fields for: recipient, subject and requirements. I must be able to specify if a field is a number field, an email or text field, and it must have minimum characters count, only if I specify to do so and when the visitor doesn't fill the form correct, messages like "onlynumbers" will appear. I must be able to divide the form in various web pages, so that a next will appear on the bottom until all the pages have been fill up and then I will put a submit on the bottom instead of a next. must be able to upload files with the form, and I can specify to only accept certain extensions like: .jpg, .txt, etc., I must be able to call on fields on the next page, like in the sample. Is a lot a requirements and I'm open to suggestions. please contact me if you have any questions. If I need to modify the script a little every time I change the form, is no problem but I prefer to always modify the form pages. Please read attachment before biding. Only serious bidders please
## Deliverables
