Simple Javascript Error - Why is this happening?

I have a quick and simple Javascript error appearing at this site:

It has something to do with the page encoding type, and the [url removed, login to view] script below.

I want a coder to fix the problem, or tell me what to do, in order to get this issue resolved.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
