WordPress Functionality – Add Advertisements Between Posts

I would like to add small advertisements between Wordpress posts similar to what is on this site: [url removed, login to view]
We will have 10 advertisements that should rotate in position between posts. This means every time the page loads **the ads should shuffle positions**, so the same ads are not always in the same position. **No ad should be repeated on the page. **
Each advertisement will have a book image and then a small text blurb with a link. The image should also be a link.
We want **some way to easily manage the advertisements so that we can change up the products, pictures or text content. ** It would also be nice, if we could track click-through although that is not absolutely necessary.
When bidding please let me know whether or not your bid included click through tacking.
