fixing problem with relisting items with ebay API

There is a problem I am having with the ebay API. When relisting items, it returns the error of

Attribute Set Id "1152" does not match category you have entered. No VCS for primary category. No VCS for secondary category. Attribute System Version 2670.

Not sure what caused this problem. I used to have no problems with relisting items. However, now, it comes up with this error. I need to know what would cause the problem. The category id being used usually is 33695. That is definately a valid id. What I need is to find out what would cause the problem and find a way to fix the issue.

## Deliverables
