**Overview**
I have a website that runs on PhpBB2 : [url removed, login to view]
I would like some work done on the registration / sign up process.

The new process should eliminate the "terms page" and change the forms to a two step process. All main information like username, password, email... will be gathered in step 1. Step 2 will ask for bio, photo upload, and other questions.
**What I need.**
1. *NO GRAPHIC DESIGN IS NEEDED.* Please take the PSD i will give you, and slice / code html, css, and layout that is table-less (DIV) and w3c validation. No tables are to be used.
2. please edit current sign up process. Remove extra fields that do not appear on the attached JPG Mocks. Add a second page for "Step 2". Once the user has completed the first page of registration, they can click "Create artist account." which will register them to the website and direct them to "Step 2". Once the user has completed "Step 2" direct them to this link: [url removed, login to view]

## Deliverables
**Requirements & Notes:**
**Step 1 of Registration:**
Once the user fills in and clicks "Create Artist Account" they will automatically be registered to the site.
**Zip Code / Location**:
When inputting their Zip Code into the "Location Box", they can click "Search Nearest City" button.
Upon clicking this, a drop down menu will appear below. The user can then select their city. *(This is exactly how the current site functions. You just need to make sure you update css)*. This drop down menu will not appear until they click "Search Nearest City" < Just like the current registration form.
If the user cannot find their city, they can click the link in "If you cant find your city: Click here." This will replace the drop down menu with an input field to manually type their location.
The text below input field can say "*Please enter your location manually. If you chose this option by mistake, please re enter your zip code above and click "Search Nearest City".* " If the user re clicks "Search Nearest City" then the drop down menu will replace the manual input field.
**(If you have another idea that you think will be easier for location, please let me know. The purpose of manual location is for users that are outside of the US.)**
**Step 2 of Registration:**

Once the user has finished "Step 1" and is directed to Step 2 (they will be auto logged in to the website with the account information they chose in step 1).
Submitting the Form, or Clicking "Skip"**
When on "step 2": If the user clicks "Skip" they will be directed to "Media Manager" which is [url removed, login to view] if you are logged in. This page is "Step 3" and is already created. This page allows the user to upload music. If the user does not click skip, the information and photo they have chosen will upload / update their profile. THey will then be directed to "Media Manager" to upload music: [url removed, login to view]
**Groups / Instruments**
The user should only be able to select 5 groups at max (this is for step 2 where it says "Choose 1 to 5 instruments you or your group members play".
**Photo Caption**
If the user decides to browse for a photo to upload, they must be required to enter photo title/caption. If they do not choose a photo, they may fill in the rest of the form without being required to type a photo caption. (the input for photo caption should not be allow typing unless they select a photo. The input should appear grey'd out, or transparent if they have not selected a photo)
