- need to redesign the website based on the provided PSD layout

- need simple secure backend so the admin can easily change the content of the site. The backend panel should have the ability to ......

a. change the content on the website pages

b. to be able to add/edit/delete the menu item

c. to be able to add/edit/delete new page based on the exiting page layout.

- add and format the content to the new design

- Use PHP/MySQL

- the time is real essence as we are really short in time.
