I currently have about 250 lines of PHP whic...invoice html from parameter input and attach it to an email which is sent to the client. Also, the code writes a line to a spreadsheet in GoogleDocs to keep a record. I now want to enhance this by using a web-based accounting system called KashFlow. () This has an excellent API which uses SOAP. The details are at I need someone to remove the invoice generation and emailing and googledocs usage from the PHP code, and substitute use of KashFlow. It would first be necessary to use the KashFlow function GetCustomerByEmail to see if he exists. If not, use InsertCustomer to add him. Then call InsertInvoice to generate an invoice and EmailInvoice to send it to the customer and to myself.

I'm currently looking (urgently) for a relatively simple order management system to be integrated to my ecommerce system and my accounting software ‘Kashflow'. The system will take order information via an xml feed and insert it into the order management system. I currently am using Kashflow to record customer details and invoicing information. I'd like to be able to pull information from the Kashflow DB - there is an API in place from Kashflow to do this. The basic aim is for a web app that allows the DB to be used as a job/route list. The db authentication information should be changeable from the app. The customers should be pulled from the DB upon accessing the main customer page.
