i have Hestia cp with exim4 as a mail server, they are on ubuntu on AWS. the main domain has an SSL from sectigo and the use Let's Encrypt SSL. everything was running smoothly for several months, however yesterday a wired problem happened. the mail clients unable to verify the certificate of the mail because it's saying it's from Sectigo (which is wrong it should be let's encrypt). when i go to the web mail () the ssl works fine but the mail clients are seeing the wrong certificate. on hestia i tried to regenerate the SSL but i got the following error "Error: DNS record for mydomain doesn't exist" eventhough it does exist

Hi, I'm running a Linode server, using exim4 for mailing service. I have a website - e.g. - hosted on this server. On this website, I have a contact form - configured to send mails to info[at] (which is using Google Apps mail service). But every time people submit a contact form or purchase a product on my site, I can't receive the contact email or confirmation email. I did a bit research, they said because the email has the same domain with my website, the site lets the server send mails locally. But because my mail is setup using Google Apps, it is supposed to send externally. So now I need to re-configure the mail service to notify that mail is hosted in another server, not locally (it is called External mail exchanger as I remember).

Need urgent help with exim4, dovecot, setup. My client uses a mix between regular emails that run on the and also the service from microsoft. there are two MX entries with the same priority. One points to microsoft and one to the server. The setup worked very well till a week ago, and now the emails sent to users who are hosted on the domain name and not on microsoft never get delivered. When the system fails to accept the emails, it forwards to who eventually returns an error stating that the email is not a valid account at outlook.com.

A client is using office365 for one of his emails, and the rest of the emails run off the server with exim4. There are two MX entries, one is for office365 and the one is for the domain.com. If I add both the correct settings and give the office 365 / outlook mx entry highest priority, all non office365 user emails get bounced because office365 / outlook does not recognise the emails. If I set the priority the other way around, all emails work, but the office 365 email fails. There are some changes I made to exim4 configuration based on office365 documentation, but this did not solve the issue. It's something stupid I am missing. I need somebody who knows what he / she is doing and can fix this quickly. Thanks!
