Hi, This project is for freelancers with Texas Instruments hardware (ARM+DSP) such as Beagleboard or Pandaboard. You will be programming an audio element for GStreamer and using C6Runlib to compile the code library that will run on the DSP. You job is to 1). write a GStreamer audio element with a sink pad to accept up to 8 raw audio channels (up to 32-bit, 192khz per channel). 2). buffer those (upto) 8 channels into the DSP and return them back to the element. Each channel should have its own DSP processing thread. 3). each channel should be buffered/returned back to the GStreamer element unchanged. 4). each channel should have its own output source pad in the element. Looking for someone to make a screensaver that will allow me to stream video from a VLC server. It doesn't matter if the program calls VLC to play or uses an internal player. It just needs to be a fullscreen video that will be used on desktop PC's running windows XP Pro or 7 that are hooked to 2 LCD's. The stream will most likely an MPEG stream, but could honestly be anything that a VLC type media player accepts. If you're feeling spunky, I wouldn't mind the option of being able to play local content as a screen saver either. We currently use VLC to http stream to Motorola STB´s. We now need a similar solution for our Amino A125 STB´s. Amino´s don’t support http streaming therefore we need to RTSP. Amino´s RTSP negotiation protocol isn’t supported with VLC. Other people have achieved Amino´s working with VLC but using VLC with Live555, Live555 by itself or they have made some kind of patch to allow the RTSP negotiation with VLC. We input with MPEGTS-UDP Multicast and need to RTSP Unicast UDP to the STB. Looking for a consultant to help with this and we have on-going needs of an experienced developer.
