I need a windows or web based program which will have an easy user interface. This interface will integrate a G729 Softphone, vTiger CRM, MySQL Database, campaign, SOAP API Features, and predictive/progressive dialer. Please let me know if you have done something similar before. Vicidial is the closes solution, but it's not easy to use at all. Tx
