DHTML/AJAX Popup window

I need a window popup on my web site - t r a n s m o n e y . r u used for purposes of helping the customers to make it's decisions regarding the service he needs. The window must popup (not in new window obvious) on title page, the user should be able to close it anytime by pressing the close button on top right corner, on left bottom corner there will be a link to get online help (URL to send message via ICQ) The help will be based on flowchart with first page asks the user to choose A B C or D then or each category there will be around 2 questions based on the answers the window will either show specific text OR close itself and transfer user to corret form (URL) in the main page. The popup should have pleasent design to fit the design of the site, include icons for CLOSE button, Online help button and for answers YES / NO. I believe this is an easy job, I'm willing to pay no more than 50$
