ASP form - additing functionality + formatting

I have an existing working aspx form which needing modifying. user selects item (from drop down list), and item type (from drop down list) which then displays the appropriate part code (with the relevant information) and price. 'remove' removes the product, 'add another product' adds another line for the user to select printer + type that the above is in place already. This project is to add to the code to display a running price, vat, delivery + total price (price + vat + delivery) all calculated and updated whenever there is a change (ie a remove or a product selected) there is a simple calculation which is to work out if total is greater than amount then delivery is free. it also needs improving visually... formatting + colors the form is attached, if you can test on your own web server and then send me files for me to upload. i believe most of the work is there, just needs editing/adding/formatting.
