Classic ASP script to play WAV files in the browser from a MySql BLOB field

I have voicemails stored in a MySQL database (placed there by Asterisk 1.8). I have an application that runs in classic ASP (not ASP.NET) that can today access other fields from the MySQL database, but I need a script developed that will read the field in from the MySQL database (MySQL connectivity already established and query language already selected), then present the user with a play option to play the VM in the browser, preferably without invoking another application such as Media Player. Solution must work across Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox. If your proposed solution WILL call an external player, please specify that in your bid as we will only attempt that as a last resort.
