Access 97 to SharePoint Migration

We are seeking a SharePoint/.NET developer to migrate an existing Access 97 database to SharePoint. The current database tracks customer information, generates reports, contains a document reference library, and data entry that has simple calculations. The proposed solution is to use Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 with an MS SQL embedded database that allows for the client to input data, generate reports, and store documents using a document library. Certain data must be able to export to QuickBooks. An internet-facing web page must be created to allow the client's external customers to login from the web to view read-only data. The SharePoint site and forms must be heavily customized to meet the needs of the client.
