Availability system for property rental site

I am developing a property rental site however, I need an availability system to be written using ASP.net C# with a MSSQL2000 backend database. The system needs to be in two parts: 1. User side - visitirs see a calendar with availability and rates, any booked out weeks need to be populated and any free weeks need to be shown along with the rate for that week. 2. Admin side, the property owner needs to be able to update the calendar with the availability and set rates. There is no functionality at present for this and so the database table needs to be scripted aswell. The system works from a CustomerID (based on forms authentication) and a PropertyID This isn't a big job but I need to get on with other areas of the side and figure that someone else can do this for me while I get on with other things. I can provide details of the site that I'm working on and provide code if required. A confidentiality agreement will need to be signed aswell before work commences.
