Client Login Section

I will be building a new static site for a client that would like to set up a "Client Login" section within the site that I am developing. Basically, they would like to be able to log in to an admin page and then create a new user (username and password) and then upload PDFs to a place on the site where that user can log in and download these PDFs. They would need a nice, easy to use, graphical admin control panel to make this all easy since they are not real savy. All in all, they need to be able to create users, delete users, upload and assign PDFs to users, view a list of all the users and see what documents each user has access to and remove documents from users. When a user logs in, they would see a list of all the PDFs that are assigned to them and be able to download their PDFs. Security is a big issue and they want to be sure that only those who log in are able to view these documents. Their site will be hosted on a Windows box on GoDaddy so ASP.NET v1.0/2.0 is supported. If you have any other questions that I did not answer here, please feel free to ask. **IMPORTANT** I would like to see a sample of something similar if you are looking to bid on this project. Something that shows you are capable of creating something to this extent. No bids will be accepted from someone who does not show some type of related sample. Doesn't have to be exaclty the same type of ap, but something as close as you have. Thanks.
