Ad Program Update

- Changing the RSS feed system to support and match to multiple feed URLs (URLs to be provided and pointed at the correct IP by Michael or yourself, I believe; I'll also need a list of the relevant feed URLs that are configured so I can set up the correct headers). - Changing the admin selection system so that sub-sub-categories are presented as sub-options of their parent, rather than independent subcategories in their own right, and so that the parent (eg., Cruise) is the sole basis of minimum and maximum deliveries - Changing the extranet sign-up sequences to reflect this change, so that only "parent" subcategories are shown as an initial choice, while their children are available as part of the advanced "filter" options only instead - Changing the internals of the system such that the "price" of a lead is based on its parent subcategory (if it has one), necessary to keep elements in line with this new structure - Changing the extranet's internal advanced-filter system to match this new structure also - Changing the admin so that individual subcategories can set up their own maximum distribution (a note not mentioned previously is that these subcategories already have independent pricing if you click through to them, so although the lead types themselves have a default price, the prices are overridden). - Changing the automated delivery manager code to support these new structures and price changes - Addition to Lead Manager to allow the drop-down selection, by administrators only, of another salesperson to review the status of all their current records. - Change to status "Dead" to treat the same as "Not Interested" - Change view-lock duration to 1 minute - Addition of numerical pagination to offers listing page in the admin - Addition of status drop-down to offers listing page in the admin
