convert MSSQL/ASP to joomla 1.7 or good php/ajax cms

Convert existing .net asp ms sql site [login to view URL] to joomla1.7 or another cms that will be easy to update in the future. The php/mysql/ajax site must match the current design same design - client is an artist and very picky about changing the way the site looks. BUDGET IS FIXED AT $300. You can bid less if you really think this is too easy for that price. But the client will not pay more. Exam the visitor facing site well before you bid. I would rather get some of these other items done first (unless this is actually quite easy to accomplish from your perspective).
