ASP Page Error

This is a pretty easy project. I have homegrown helpdesk solution that was built a couple years ago, after coming on I have made several dozen small changes. Right now I am getting 1 error when creating certain types of job requests. The job is being created but instead of completing the creation process, the software stops halfway and throws my code back. Should be an easy fix under an hour, just one page to edit. I will but a screen capture up of what is happening.
