ASP based Content System modifications

We have a project to modify our Content System for a new client. We do this for every new client we get. It involves generally editing the SQL database tables and fields, modifying 50-100 scripts to change the graphic look of the User Interface and also changing some html so the user side of the interface looks different. We would like to work with a freelancer who is experienced in ASP, HTML, ASPX and SQL and available regularly. Please describe your: 1. organized development process 2. quality assurance/testing 3. Available work hours (you must be available via IM, available at least a few hours overlap with our business day (Central) (GMT-6) 4. describe your solid experice in Content systems ASP and ASPX. 5. Estimate the project based on editing about 100 HTML and ASP scripts. (about 2 weeks of work) but also include your hourly rate. 6. Also indicate which country you are from.
