asp database repair w/ added admin set-up

Fix: Contribution database with checkboxes and text entry for service contributions, submitted to database for analysis. Database is set-up but has an error somewhere. ADD: an admin page to view this recordset online, along with the following database: ADD: Events page for client's admin uploads for public viewing. Image uploads are an option, according to fees. I must be able to edit these pages with my computer connection (files are online) and the fees are negotiable, depending on amount of work involved.
