Comprehension Questions

I have several dozen text for which I require comprehension questions and accompanying answers. The comprehension questions should comprise of contextual and inferential questions. I would like eight to ten questions per text each of the following types: what, why, how, where and when. Those interested to bid are required to provide 3 sample questions and answers to the attached sample text. I would also request for submissions to include annotations, ie 'Why is the answer as recommended.' I may require a further evaluation after shortlisting. There are a total of 60 text that need questions and answers to be developed. PLEASE list your bid for per text of 8-10 questions and NOT for the entire lot of 30. Thank you.
