I am seeking a reliable and trustworthy LONG TERM LEGAL specialist freelance EDUCATOR to create a "How to legally start a business in the USA” educational program to teach others how to realistically legally start a small business in America. Such as. Basic business registration, trade name, business entity, copyright, trademark, location, employee rights, employer rights and requirements. Basic business legal issues and lessons that would apply to all 50 States. Also create a disclaimer that it is not legal advice but a guide and we are not liable for any actions taken in accordance to the lessons. I am seeking someone to create a educational training course to educate individuals on how to Legally start, operate and overcome risk in business. (page count and length is negotiable based upon what we agree would be the best approach) Upon completing the lessons the individual should have the base KNOWLEDGE to relatively safely legally start any venture be it a café, restaurant, yogurt shop, auto detail, landscaping, salon, spa, real estate company etc etc. I am looking for a comprehensive “general” program that would apply to any type of start-up. Must create new topics, quizzes and misc learning materials. All research and final materials must site and include resources. Final deliverable must be proofread and in perfect English with real life practical educational materials and homework assignments. **I am also open to suggestions on how many lessons you feel will be required to effectively create this program.** You must work me to be able to upload the files onto the website. Website content also required as part of your bid. Description of the course and website copy to help sell the course should be part of your bid. Must be open to your name and credentials being used as an educator for our website. I am seeking a LONG TERM EDUCATOR that can answer student or fellow educator questions as needed, be a part of the educational website team and also create new content as needed.
