Write a paper. Papers should be on topics related to Organizational Behavior and/or Leadership. Papers will be a minimum of 10 pages and a maximum of 15 pages and written in standard APA format. A minimum of 5 sources must be documented, and a works cited page attached to the final paper. Sources can be from the internet, professional journals and publications, personal interviews, books, newspapers and other periodicals. "Wikipedia" is NOT considered an acceptable source fo information. Material should be appropriately cited and formatted within the body of the paper. Any papers that have more than 25% quoted material will be penalized during the grading process. Keep in mind, a research paper is not only assembling information and citing it, but, also inserting your own analysis of the information. Research Paper Rubric: ___Adhere to APA formatting ___Spell numbers of one or two words (three, five million) ___Use numerals for numbers of more than two words (3.56, 2,456, 1,489) ___Thesis (your reason for writing the paper) is clearly stated in the introduction to the paper. ___Introduction should contain a thesis statement, provide the reader with a preview of the paper’s contents, lay an appropriate foundation for the body of the paper, and make the audience want to read your paper. ___Topic sentences are evident in each paragraph of the paper. ___Your thinking is evident and separated from the borrowed material with appropriate citations and quotations. (You form arguments and ideas into paragraphs of your own creation. You DO NOT simply cut and paste evidence.) ___Thesis is clearly restated in your conclusion. ___Your conclusion should stress the importance of your thesis statement, give the essay a sense of completeness, and make a strong final impression on the reader. ___Minimum number of sources (5) are included on the Works Cited page. (Wikipedia is not an acceptable source). ___ALL borrowed material is cited.
