In addition to the fees outlined in the milestones, the standard bank account has an $8 monthly maintenance fee, requires a $25 minimum balance, and can process 200 activities per month free of charge. Upgraded accounts are also available. Opening the bank account at the time of formation is ideal as most of the necessary documents are available at this time. As part of this package, you will also receive our Electronic Mail Service (EMS) so that you may receive bank statements and other bank mail quickly.
