Binary Options Trading Systems design - repost

I am looking for SIMPLE, PROFITABLE Trading systems that work for binary options. They need to work for Nadex (in USA) or IG index (outside USA). (So if you bid be prepared to have at least a DEMO account with one of those firms.) (I AM NOT INTERESTED IN THE JUNKY SCAMMY BROKERS only the ones I mentioned) The systems must be......... * Profitable, I am looking for 70%+ Win rates over the course of a minimum 4 year period. (Must trade at least 10 times a year on average) * Simple I want stuff that can be explained in a few sentences. No indicators if possible. * Time based Meaning that the system ONLY trades at a certain time of day. I don't want to be searching for a trade all day long etc... The time of day isn't as important. Though I would prefer during 9-5pm Eastern time. If the system is really good I am willing to trade outside of that time frame. Ok that is a bit about what I am looking for. Let me give you some examples of my current working trading systems so you know what I mean. I have a system that trades the Dow Jones on Fridays. The system is time based it ONLY trades on Fridays at 3.15pm Eastern (hold until the end of the day) The system is..... BUY the Dow Jones at 3.15pm EVERY Friday that the Dow is UP for the week. That's IT that is the whole system. That of course is a super simple system but works VERY well. (actually hitting 86% this year and about 65% over the course of 10 years!) I will want to have the 4+ years of historical data you have for it in an excel spreadsheet with description of what the system is etc... It DOESN'T need to trade everyday I would prefer it didn't actually. What I need is SIMPLE, PROFITABLE, TIME BASED. So I am ok with a system only trading 10-15 times a year as long as the win rate is HIGH (70%+) and it happens the same time of day for each of its trades. If its a higher win rate and less trades say 80% win rate but only trades 8 times a year that is fine as well would want to see a longer term track record though. If you are up for the job feel free to bid and give me some thoughts on what you may produce. I am ALWAYS looking for good quality systems that are SIMPLE, PROFITABLE, TIME BASED. So if you work out it could be an ongoing work. I prefer to pay in the $100-$300 to start but I give BONUSES once I see the quality of work.
