Hi, Further to your post, I would like to express my interest in your offer. I am a QBE freelance bookkeeper representing a number of landlords in producing accounts, preparing tax returns and filing them with HMRC. Most of my clients are "Buy-to-Let" residential "private" landlords but, I do also have a couple of limited company landlords. Your works should be very straight forward and, as you already use accounting software, should be a simple matter of reconciling the transactions and providing the advice. I have sufficient knowledge to be able to look at the figures presented and advise accordingly. I would happily file you tax return - may incur a small fee. I would estimate that your works would be completed within a day (8 hours), which would be at a rate of £15.00 per hour (£120.00). Clearly, should your works take a much greater amount of time, have reams of transaction data or if you request a high level of advice, additional fees may be payable. I feel that I am an appropriate candidate for the following reasons:- I am a UK based accountant and act as an agent in dealing with HMRC. I am a landlord also so from a personal level as well as a professional level I know this subject inside out. I generally specialise in this field of expertise and have many clients who are landlords as well as a lettings agency/property development company-details can be provided. I am currently helping to set up a property club so know the tax issues inside out. I can also advise on more strategic issues such as whether to incorporate the business. I am new to Freelancer and I would normally charge in the region of £250-£300 for a person with 4 properties but will offer to complete this job for you £150 in order to get some ratings.
