Assisting Senior Manager in Accounting / Due Diligence Work:

- English and pref. German speaking - Starting immediately (today or tomorrow) until end of this week (4 days full time) and possibly another 5-10 days for additional work - Financial Due Diligence work – together with senior manager, partially on site (near Frankfurt/Germany) and in electronic data room, analyzing for example order books/customer contracts/product demand, pension (plans), currency hedges and other (off-BS) liabilities etc. - incl. preparation / completion of a FDD report (Powerpoint, Excel) - ca. 3 years accounting or investment banking experience required
