Hi There I'm clear with point 1, 2, 3, 5 But I'd like to know about the rest. 4. AWS S3 is the best cloud storage solution, but if you plan to store your static files in there then you need your app to be configured such that it uploads data directly to S3 instead storing in local file system. 6. AWS VPC should be used in order to keep your servers locked out from rest of the internet. i.e. only your ELB will be available to talk with the internet. Besides I'm an expert in AWS. Your project needs are required for a scalable web applications. This needs time and attention. Please don't trust the low-bidders. I will get your project done. I will deliver the following. 1. Architecture diagram: This will help you to see how your servers and resources are organized in AWS. 2. Implement the above architecture and document the steps so your IT person can understand and take over from there. 3. Recommend best practices. 4. Work with your IT so you are able to move forward with this on your own later.

I have done similar work that involved websites and load balancers with automatic deployment of webservers. I am an automation minded person, and ill be using ansible to deploy the new servers in order to make sure that no manual input is required. I have over 2 years experience with AWS and more than 10 years linux exp On the project: Apart from your defined steps, i'd include server monitoring for security/load/etc and a notification system in order to send you emails when critical things happen Depending on the traffic of your site, we can setup different servers and have AWS route traffic to the most appropriate server, i.e. if most of your visitors are from North US and South US, then we can setup two replicas of the setup and have AWS decide what to use.
