Adobe Flash to iSO and Andriod App

I am looking to have the three attached AS3 projects converted into iSO and Andriod Apps. All are complete and functioning Adobe Flash applications and formatted to 4:3 1440x810. This should be scaled to full screen with the iPad but due to the number of different sizes on Android applications it have to scaled proportionally to fit. The apps need to be uploaded to Apple and Google app stores. All source code will need to be supplied at the end of the, project.
