Android Webview App Development

I need android webview based news app, App should design based on material design. Work Process: 1). App has two tabs in home screen (check [login to view URL] reference), both tabs can access using tap or swipe. 2). Navigation drawer menu 3). When user click on newspaper icon url should load in webview, all internal urls should load internal. Javascript should enable, videos should play in webview, Cache should be enable. 4). While loading webpage in webview progress bar should display see ([login to view URL] for reference) Admob should implement App should design exact using given screen examples with in time.
