I want to make a scrolling reader app. One that the User can use on a Phone or Tablet or Book Reader. User Can Control the speed of the scroll. For instance if I am reading a book I can adjust the speed So I do not have to turn the page. It's really for rappers that read their lyrics off the phone. When they have to scroll they mess up the flow. No need for the back end. Just need something like a blank notepad. Every Lyricist or book reader will have different materials. I need it in both Android and Iphone. This is a small App.
