Build Android App - Horizontally Scrollable Vertical Lists with SQLite DB Records

I would like an Android app to look like the attached picture. It will be a horizontal scrollable list HList. The HList will also be vertically scrollable if it's necessary. The HList’s items will be vertical lists VLlist that will have 4 columns and 14 rows + title. The layout (appearance) of the VList showed in the screen capture can be changed. The VList title will be a text followed by a date followed by a Text with one out of 3 possible values (Heavy, Medium, Light). The VLists will be saved in a SQLite database, so that on app startup all the VLists will be loaded with the oldest VList on the left and the newest VList on the right where the focus will be (the scroll will be on the last position at the right). There will also be a Next VList that is identical with the last saved VList (but with the possibility to modify its items from the source code). When the user touches the Next list or presses the + button the Next VList will become editable and the user will have the option to save it or not. The app will have a Settings menu with two options: Weight Unit (kg or lbs) and Delete. The Delete option will be for a VList that is selected. The VList's second column must contain weight units after the numbers, but the database must only contain the numbers and not the weight units. All weight values from the second column must be saved in the database in lb and displayed in kg or lb based on the user preference. For converted units you will use one decimal precision 100lb is 45.3kg At the first app launch when the HList is empty there will be an input requested from the user. When pressing the plus (+) button a new VList (the Next VList) will be in edit mode. There will be a condition later to be determined. If that condition is not met the new VList will be identical with the last VList, else I must be able to assign new values programmatically to the new VList. The user will have the option to press a Save button or Cancel button. There must be the option for editing the editable values even for older lists. Maybe when clicking a list the user enters an edit mode. After entering edit mode and editing desired values the user will have to press Save or Cancel. Restrictions: If user tries to add a VList with a date that already exists then a question to overwrite the old VList will appear with No and Yes options. I require comments in the source code and a brief written presentation of the app and how it works.
