Need a Bluetooth and app expert to design and build me a prototype for: -a Bluetooth 4.0 Low energy TAG device and its, -iOS and/or Android mobile devices application Idea is that after setting allowed distance threshold between these two, when this parameter is exceeded, app should activate on both a ringing/vibration alert to prevent loss and burglary.
