PRODUCT AND SOFTWARE SPECIFICATIONS Overview: Create an iOS and Android step counter app that synchronizes app data to a central SQL database. This mobile app will have the ability to track daily steps taken and link it to a Minecraft username on the database. These steps will be able to be cashed in by Minecraft players who have the app linked to their account for an in-game currency and economy on a Minecraft server. Every step that the player takes in-game will deduct 1 unit of currency ($) from the players balance. Steps in the central lobby will not deduct from the balance. The developer will set up the Minecraft server, install plugins, create the mobile applications, modify necessary plugins to meet desired outcomes and provide support for an afore mentioned time period. Plugin Details: Edited version of the "Time is Money" plugin Differences: Players do not cash in to cash in time, rather they have a set amount of money each day which can be updated and managed from a database (SQL). The players will still need to use the cash machine to cash in their money. Every step (or meter, whichever is easier) players take in the game will cost them $1. If they reach $0, they will have to TP back to spawn, or will otherwise be unable to move. Walking within 50 blocks of spawn (the lobby) will be free. A cash machine to get more money from steps will be in the lobby This will be compatible with the chestshop. Vault, essentials, NoCheat, Orebfuscator, Multiverse, and worldedit plugins/extensions. Server Details: Tentatively use mcprohosting for server hosing and use bungee cord to link separate worlds together. Integrate the modified plugin, chestshop. Vault, essentials, NoCheat, Orebfuscator, Multiverse, and worldedit plugins/extensions onto the server. Integrate a lobby area, skyblock, creative, survival, and 3 mini-games for our Minecraft server gameplay experience. Mobile Application Details iOS and Android: Create a step counter app that tracks daily steps taken by users and frequently updates a SQL database to allocate in-game currency to players that can cash in their steps for in-game money. This app will link the players account names to the server to enable players who login to the Minecraft server and have the app installed will allow them to cash in at certain areas. This project is expected to be completed in 4 phases. Phase 1: Initial setup of server and unmodded plugins requested and enable smooth integration. Phase 2: Edit/mod/change time is money plugin as specified above and create the database backend Phase 3: Create Android step counter app to update the database and award players and have a working beta of the product Phase 4: iOS app creation, bug squashing, additional administrative control to money system, additional functionality (realizing that these additions may cost) My budget is max $350,So please bid accordingly
