Hello. I am ready to proceed with the project. All the necessary knowledge about football I have. The only thing I would Hodel see more detail - the nature and description of the project (how it should look, style of play and etc.) Experience in the implementation of this I have. Also, if need be I can write a server that connects to all the players.
