change mode of operation from 3D view to Virtual Reality view in UNITY project 5.6.1 for android

the application that can be found at: [login to view URL] is an application that has a feature that changes from 3D view to Virtual Reality view when clicking on the small icon (of glasses). I would like you to : 1. create a project that would do this feature in UNITY 5.6.1 and running on android device. 2. write a document with screenshots and step by step instructions of what you did to create the project.
