Black and White animation

I need some cool animation in black and white that will be used on a projector screen behind a band during shows. I have some original graphics that I would like the animator to use. This is copy-written material for the band Self Destructing Messengers and I am the sole copywrite owner. I will be the exclusive owner of the end product and this work is not to be distributed or used in any other form unless authorized by me. One of the main graphics is of a figure/man with a gas mask on his face, standing under an umbrella and puzzle pieces raining down onto the umbrella and ground around figure. I would like to animate the movement of the puzzle pieces raining and any additional movement the animator sees beneficial to the animation. I would like the animator to have creative control of the project, but I have a few ideas that can help lead the winning VWorker animator to completion. One such idea would be starting with a single puzzle piece on the screen spinning and falling. Pan out to another puzzle piece and so on. The animation needs to last around an hour, so you may need to stretch it out a bit. The deliverable animation will need to be in a format that I can open in Nuendo and/or Sony Vegas Video to synchronize with backing music tracks. I will also need the deliverable in a format that I can edit if needed. I may need to move around a frame or two or an entire animation to go with a certain song. This may sound harder than it really is, so don't hesitate to bid. If it looks like it might be too much for the winning bidder, I won't hold it against you if you back out during the process.
