Create 3 minutes of animation of my book, \"The Darling Street Detectives\" - repost

I have written a children's book entitled "The Darling Street Detectives." Here's the premise: Johnny Goldman has come to live with his uncle Dave and Aunt Susan and their 6, yes 6 dogs. Johnny is a teen detective, and has started a Detective Club in school. He has been given his first case by the principal: someone has been trashing the gym. This children's book is told FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE DOGS. Ceezer is the main dog. I want to turn my book into a cartoon, so I would like about 3 minutes of animation, per the script that is attached, to show to producers. Also attached are the illustrated page 2 of the book, showing all the dogs, and page 12 showing the people, Johnny, his uncle Dave and aunt Susan. NOTE: 1) I want the animation to look as closely as possible to the attachments, because I spent a lot of time with an artist getting the drawing of the characters just right. 2) I believe the script will reflect about 3 minutes of animation, but I will reduce it as needed to fit into 3 minutes total of animation. You will notice that the most complicated, the most movement, of the animation is in the opening and closing credits. Other than those, it's just dogs and people moving and talking. 3) This is a WORK FOR HIRE only. All rights to the animation get assigned to me when completed. Source files sent to me when completed. This is a one time only payment for the work. There are no future royalties or residuals of any kind due, including but not limited to dvd's, electronic downloads, merchandise, or any future medium, or if Hollywood wants to turn the story into a film or television series. 4) I am assuming that you will provide background music (and, if necessary, those rights also must be obtained by you and then assigned to me at completion) and different, unique voices for the characters, their mouths will move, etc. Please advise if this is not correct.
