Create a really quick easy video

Would like an HD video using the attached files. Please read and follow instructions. I have a voiceover attached titled “Propel Voice Over” it is an mp3 file and should play during the video. All time stamps will be in relation to the time during the voice over. Also use background music that is upbeat but still professional. Please use smooth professional transitions.
