Check my portfolio here on freelancer for references. I do logo animation and surely can do the shapeshifting you are looking for. I work with adobe after effects. Really need to talk to you before we start because you cant use the same animation for tv on a web it has to be done in another software maybe as a gif file, if thats what you need then I have to charge a little extra because that means making the animation again.

If may I ask, in which format would you like the animation to be? Gif/flash/Wbpm? I also have doubts about what kind of animation would it be, as 2D or 3D. Judging it as a logo, I supose it'll be a simple 2D animation. Either way, it'd be a pleasure to work with that theme, and I'd do my best to help.
