Complex Game

Basically im looking either for someone or a team to create a game, now this game is not just any type of game, this game is to be of a tour concert of Hilary Duff, all graphics, characters are to be 3d type real, the person who is playing the game takes Hilary on tour and can see what its like to be famous, during the concert the person controls where the singer (Hilary Duff) walks on stage, and can record the concert, choose camera angels, lights etc.. and when concert is finished can either go and see people behind stage or choose to do the next concert, i know this might sound strange to some programmers but this to me i thought would be good as it hasnt been done yet as far as i know. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform "Windows XP"
