Create ArticleMS tempate and code changes (Article Directory)

Looking for a coder to create professional custom template for ArticleMS. (1) Article Directory will be ad oriented and visual effects. Banner ads to appear on all pages, home, category pages, and banner ads to appear in upper right side of article in each and every article.
