Create a Newsletter Template in E-mail Chimp (HTML) for my Blog

I have included an example of what I want. I need a template for a newsletter example attached made in mailchimp. The pictures and different areas should have hyper links to stories on my blog. The newsletter should be easily modifyable by me. The pictures will change from week to week (should be easy to do) 1. Hot Laundry pics should hyper link to stories on site 2. Hot Stories should hyper link to stories on site. 3. Featured Writer will have text and link to writer page on blog 4. Hot pictures will have a several sentences and a hyper link to a stort on blog 5. Reality show news several lines with hyperlinks 6. At bottom where it says CDL blog family includes there should be a link to each blog There should be a way for subscriber to Unsubscribe
